About Me

Over 29 years of experience in diverse practice areas including corporate, business, litigation, entertainment, criminal defense, insurance litigation, personal injury, real estate law, and international business negotiations and development. Experience:

Adjunct Professor – Auburn Hills, Michigan

Co-instructs a trial skills preparation and techniques course involving all facets of civil and criminal law trial work. Conducts student evaluations and presents and demonstrates practical applications of criminal and civil trial procedure. (August 2008 – Present).

Principal and Owner – Southfield, Michigan

Represent a diverse group of small and medium-size business clientele in all facets of business creation, development, and civil litigation. Strong skills in contract development, negotiation, and deal brokerage. Possesses extensive criminal litigation experience and has consistently achieved favorable results for clients utilizing various self-proven methods in research, writing, oral argument, negotiations, trial preparation, and trial presentation. Successfully represented numerous clients in the areas of automobile negligence, simple negligence, wrongful death, insurance litigation, real estate, and landlord-tenant (March 1996 – Present).

Represented various corporate clients in civil litigation matters including product liability defense, insurance defense, personal injury defense, real estate, and landlord-tenant.
